Birchpaw jumped up and down. "Can we go and train now?" he mewed excitedly. Tilting his head at his leader, he asked Echostar, "May I?"

Duskstone looked at Echostar and waited for her awnser. He hoped that he could get to training as soon as possible. He was eager to get together with his apprentice and really get to know him. |

Echostar nodded her head "go right ahead. The sooner you get used to each other being full time mentor and apprentice the better. Birchpaw has already learned to stalk why don't you take her out hunting or teach her some battle moves. They will help if we have to battle Thunderclan."

Birchpaw nodded, eager to get going. The tom was ready to do anything to protect his Clan--and also anything to protect his food. "What about hunting? Leafbare is coming," he suggested, still hungry.

Duskstone sighed. "How about we do a bit of hunting and a bit of battle training?" He suggested trying to make a compromise. He loved to train apprentices and couldn't wait to start. |

"That sounds good!" Birchpaw mewed happily, bouncing. He stopped himself, realizing he was acting liek a kit. He turned to Echostar. "Will you watch us?" he asked hopefuly.

IC - Birchpaw was happy as a apprentice can get! He had the deputy as his mentor and the leader was going to watch him train! He hoped that he would not make himself look like a confused mouse, but more like a Warrior. He started to pad towards the enterance to camp. "Comin'?" he called behind his shoulder.

Echostar padded over to the freshkill and grabbed a mouse. She quickly ate it so she had something in her belly while she watched Birchpaw train.

Birchpaw, for once, wa snot hngry. He was excited and waited impatiently well his leader ate her mouse. When she was finally done, he bounded over to the enterance. "Let's go!" he exclaimed.

Echopaw padded after Birchpaw than stopped at the entrance. "Nukua-paw come with us" she called to her apprentice. She could work on training Nukua-paw and watch Birtchpaw as well. They could probably even train together.

Birchpaw paused, then thought. I can eat after training, since I will be more hungry! He stuck his muzzle in the air and mewed formaly, "We shall hunt first."
