You are welcome, but here is a guide on filling it out:

Name of Cat: This one is pretty simple. All you have got to do is put the name of the cat you are making here. If it is a kit, it must be ---kit, for apprentice ---paw and for a Warrior it can end in whatever you want.
Cat's age: This will help for us to determine if it is possible for that cat to be that position int he Clan. Moons are months ans Seasons are three months, four seasons in a year, twelve moons in one as well. (Kit=0-5 moons) (Apprentice=6-10 moons) (Warrior=11-however moons when it becomes a elder) (Elder=a lot of moons older then a Warrior)
Cat's Geneder: Is your cat a male or female? Females are she-cats and males are toms, please use cat terms.
Cat's Clan: This can either be ThunderClan, ShadowClan, WindClan, or RiverClan. This is pretty simple.
Cat's Position: Is your cat a kit, elder, warrior, or a apprentice? State that here. This is fairly simple, refer to cat's age for the average ages that they are changed position. You may not make a leader, deputy, or medicine cat.
Cat's Appearence: How does your cat look? There are many possibilities. It must be a real cat's markings, no unnatural pelts. This must have three sentences in.
Cat's Personaily: How does your cat act? Is it friendly or agressive? Please use four sentences in this section.
Cat's History: Did anything bad happen to your cat? Where was it born? Describe in four sentences minimum.


...Yeah. Anyways, like in the history every Clan cat is different. Who were the parents--are they dead? Stuff like that. And just three sentences in appearence, and four in history and personality. Do you understand better? I know it is confusing! You can just chop up the sentence in appearence to make three, "She is young and slender. Her pelt is silvery gray. She has blue eyes" or something around that would work! For personality--only one more! For history... well, four please! Sorry if I am putting much on you.
